I generally eat when I am watching TV, probably the most unhealthy decision to do so. When you eat while you watch, you eat without thinking about your quantity of consumption.

I always tend to end up early for just about any event I attend if I go alone. I get prepared far to early and never know what to do, so I just go. However, when I am with others, I usually end up fashionably late. That is the optimal way to do so.
